From limited time to lack of employee engagement and leadership support, organizations already face enough upskilling challenges.

We’re releasing new features to help you overcome these barriers and create a unified learning experience. Close skills gaps faster and deliver more engaging learning opportunities with new integrations, AI experiences, and targeted instructor-led training.

Seamless integrations: Create unified learning experiences

Remove the friction of disparate systems with new integrations that connect Pluralsight to your existing tech stack and support learning in the flow of work:

  • Cornerstone LMS: You can now sync and display Pluralsight’s entire course catalog within the Cornerstone LMS. Learner course progression data also flows from Pluralsight back to Cornerstone for easier reporting and tracking against goals.
  • Workday: We’ve introduced a new Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCL) Connector. You can now also push Pluralsight Skill IQ assessments directly into Workday Learning, allowing you to pair precise skill measurement with learning content inside your core HR and talent system.
  • SAP SuccessFactors and Edcast: We’ve added credit hour support for SuccessFactors and updated our Edcast connector to ensure more stable and efficient data flow across your learning experience platform.

New AI experiences: Build hands-on AI readiness

IT practitioners say they know they’ve learned a new skill when they’re able to apply it on the job in day-to-day work. Hands-on application allows them to go beyond concept and theory to actual execution that impacts outcomes.

We’ve expanded our hands-on AI tools to improve learners’ AI readiness and provide a "safe-to-fail" environment where engineers can experiment with confidence.

Expanded AI prompt sandbox provides hands-on experience for a range of LLMs

We’ve added new Large Language Models (LLMs) to our AI prompt sandbox. Developers can now practice with, test, and compare prompts across different architectures, including:

  • Amazon Nova 2 Lite
  • ChatGPT 5-mini
  • Claude 4.5 Opus
  • Claude Sonnet 4.5
  • Claude Haiku 4.5
  • Cohere Command R
  • Gemini 2.5 Flash
  • Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite
  • Llama 3.3 70B
  • Mistral Large 3

Iris Guided Learning Prompts deepen understanding of course concepts

When learners watch a video, they can ask Iris questions and get answers at once, without needing to pause the video and navigate to other sites.

During these interactions, Iris will now offer Guided Learning Prompts (GLPs). These are suggested questions learners can ask based on the video course or conversation. These context-aware suggestions encourage curiosity and engagement, helping learners deepen their understanding of course concepts.

Iris is available to all Pluralsight customers. If you’re a plan admin or team manager, reach out to your customer success manager or visit the Help Center to activate Iris for your entire plan. If you don’t have a dedicated customer success manager, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

New instructor-led training (ILT): Close skills gaps fast with targeted upskilling

When critical projects are on the line, you don’t have time to roll out months-long upskilling initiatives. Pluralsight instructor-led training provides immersive, hands-on learning experiences to close skills gaps in days rather than months.

We’ve launched two new ILT experiences to provide peace of mind when facing AI and cloud deadlines:

  • AI Builder Series: Empower engineers to build and deploy AI-driven applications with these focused sessions.
  • vILT AWS authorized training: Prepare employees for foundational to expert-level AWS certification exams in these comprehensive workshops.
