Ashley has been involved with creating offerings for Project Management Training for key clients around the world and has led large training initiatives for organizations in industries including optical and laser, manufacturing, software and government/military, pharmaceuticals as well as many other industries. Ashley has performed front-end consulting on key customer engagements both in the United States and international locations including Asia, India and Europe as well as developed several comprehensive learning curriculums that integrate e-learning, instructor-led training, classroom training, and off-the-shelf products. Ashley has 10 years combined instructing for live and recorded e-learning and face-to-face classroom training for project management, project management software, professional development and PMP Certification with a combined first time pass average of 94%.
