Dr Jessica Barker
Dr Jessica Barker is an award-winning leader in the human side of cyber security, named one of the top 20 most influential women in cyber security in the UK. She is Co-Founder and co-CEO of Cygenta, where she follows her passion of positively influencing cyber security awareness, behaviours and culture in organisations around the world. Her consultancy experience, technical knowledge and sociology background give her unique insight. Cygenta has won awards from the UK National Cyber Security Centre for their continued commitment to schools’ outreach work. Jessica is a keynote speaker on topics including the psychology and sociology of cyber security, social engineering, insider threats and communicating cyber security messages. She frequently appears on the BBC, Sky News and more. She has been published in the Sunday Times, New Statesman and the Guardian. In 2020, Jessica keynoted RSA in San Francisco and is due to have two books published. She is the Chair of ClubCISO.
