Joel Cason

Joel Cason has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years in multiple roles and sectors such as education, finance, and cloud service providers. He is currently a Senior Technical Consultant for ROVE, LLC with a focus on storage technologies. Joel has been operating, designing, and implementing data center and storage solutions for five years, and he has extensive experience with the EMC portfolio. He holds several industry certifications, including VCP5 and EMC Implementation Certifications in VNX, VMAX, Recoverpoint, and VPLEX. Joel is passionate about storage and loves sharing what he has learned over the years. His goal is to empower others with the knowledge behind recommended practices - not just the 'what,' but the 'why' - in order to help them make better operational and design decisions.
