Mike Baird

Mike Baird is a product leader who’s crafted products using mixed-methods research and human-centered design practices for 15 years. Mike gained his footing in 2007 as a product designer in several startups. In 2008 he started at HP Inc leading and directing global product teams across the consumer products and personal systems divisions, delivering software and hardware experiences to millions of customers worldwide. In 2017 he was involved in leading the first written content product and the interactive courses product at Pluralsight, “the technology skills learning platform”. Today he directs a team of principal product managers that focus on enabling the craft and practices of premier product management across 40+ Pluralsight product teams. His love for driving outcomes using storytelling and human-centered practices have lead him to consult with several businesses in the 3D printing, medical professions, and social media spaces.
