I am an associate professor of neuroscience at the Radboud University (Netherlands). My research lab uses cutting-edge neuroscience methods to measure electrical brain activity, and we apply advanced multivariate signal processing and machine-learning data analysis methods to make sense of all the data! I have written several textbooks on scientific programming in MATLAB, signal processing, and statistics. I'm also a big believer in the importance of continued professional-level education. The focus of my Pluralsight teaching is hands-on data analysis in MATLAB. Teaching technical topics can be a challenge for online courses that don't have real-time face-to-face interactions. I do my best to find the right balance between understanding and mathematical rigor, and between theory and implementation. I hope you agree, and I look forward to seeing you in class!
