I have been a Data Insights Analyst and a Trainer in Database applications for the past 15 years. I enjoy investigating the issues that small and large businesses have with getting useful information from the data they keep. I find it very satisfying to help people understand how they can use software and good practices to make their lives easier and free them up to make decisions rather than getting bogged down in confusing data. My experience is across various software products due to the various industries I have worked in. This has helped me to adapt to new challenges as they arise. When I’m not digging into data, I like to watch Formula 1 and NRL (An Australian Football League) as well as mountain biking.
