Wendy Henry

Wendy Henry is an accomplished technical educator, author, conference presenter and consultant. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has specialized in Microsoft since 1998. Her business administration education and background in enterprise systems management gives her a unique perspective on the overall fiscal and operational impact of systems integration in today's business environment. Wendy routinely consults with Fortune 500 companies from various industries and cultivates solutions that employ existing technologies at their peak potential. Wendy has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 1998 and has acquired many technical and professional certifications from Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, and several other platforms. Specializing in SharePoint and SQL Server, she displays a rare ability to deliver complex technical concepts in comprehendible narrative that can be applied immediately to real-world challenges. Wendy has presented on Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server and IIS at various national conferences since 2004 including Windows Connections, Tech Mentor, SharePoint Pro LIVE, SharePoint Pro Summit and others. An accomplished technical author and editor, she is the sole author of two SharePoint Shortcut Guides at Real-Time Publishers and a video mentoring series from Pearson. She also periodically co-authors books, most recently providing the IIS and SharePoint material for Mastering Windows Server 2008 R2® published by Sybex. She also writes white papers and guides for several manufacturers including Microsoft, EMC, Metalogix and more.
