Build an Amazon Linux EC2 Instance
Log in to the console and create a Linux EC2 instance.

Install Apache on the EC2
Log in to the created EC2 instance and install Apache.
Note: If you are using Windows, you will need an SSH client, such as PuTTY, to make an SSH connection to your instance. For guidance on configuring PuTTY, see Connect to SSH Using PuTTY (Windows) or Connect to Your Linux Instance from Windows Using PuTTY.
