Introduction and Project Overview Hello. My name is Safari Sosebee. I'm a modeler, texturer, matte painter, lighter, working out of Los Angeles. Over my four years of working, I've created environments for such films as City of Ember, Nutcracker, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and characters like Medusa and Percy Jackson, the Destroyer and Thor, and most recently Underworld 4. In this series we're going to go through creating a cartoony-style image, first by filling out a good camera angle by using roughly placed geo, followed by sculpting the body and animal and adding clothes, fixing and adding more lights to make it seem more dynamic, then finally bringing the render into Photoshop and touching it up. Now that you know what's going on, let's get started.
