    python3 manage.py migrate

You can see the tags working by running your app and then visiting 0.0.0.0:8000/admin in the Web Browser. Then, create a blog post with a new Tag. Finally, visit 0.0.0.0:8000/blog in the Web Browser to see your blog post with the new tag displayed. You can also click on the tag to see all of the posts with that same tag displayed.
