The learner for this course already has a foundation in cloud technology and should not require additional context in this track. They should be familiar with standard cloud resources such as compute, storage, and VPCs.
They also have a fairly strong command of essential tools such as text editors and basic IDE functionality. The learner must also understand general IAM concepts and basic implementation for at least one cloud provider.
