The Decision Styles Workshop is designed to assess the participants' "decision style" and then identifies how those styles have both strengths and liabilities.
The course begins with a values assessment and a discussion of participants' previous decisions and the personal criteria surrounding those decisions. Next, participants will review their assessments and work through a team activity using decision style frameworks. The course concludes with participants reflecting on the team activity and what they learned.
This workshop is ideal for awareness building and increased team effectiveness. This workshop can be easily extended to include a real-world application for an intact team. Pre-work is required for all participants to complete a decision style self-assessment.
