Doug Cassell

Doug Cassell, CBCP, MBCI, ITIL is a certified BC/DR professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Starting as one of the first Hewlett-Packard Business Recovery Services employees, he developed his interest in BC/DR and moved into consulting. From there, he worked as a Program Manager in the Telecomm industry, built a BC/DR program from scratch in the Insurance industry, then went back to consulting with IBM. He has worked in multiple industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking/Finance, Entertainment and Telecommunications among others. He is an experienced trainer and has presented at multiple BC/DR Conferences.
