Dusan Babic

Dusan is a Senior Software Engineer and Application Security Tech Lead with over a decade of experience in software engineering. From the very start of his career, he was driven by a passion for continuous learning and using new technologies. This led him to become a full-stack developer, allowing him to master both front-end and back-end technologies and to collaborate directly with designers and UX/UI experts. This excitement for learning ultimately drew him into the field of application security. He sees security as an ideal specialization because it intersects with various IT and computer science domains and demands constant curiosity. He has progressed through his career from a Full Stack Developer to an Application Security Expert, and finally to a Security Tech Lead, where he now leads various application and cloud security initiatives. Additionally, he holds talks to increase security awareness and serves as an instructor in the security champion bootcamp at SAP.
