Eslam Shaaban

Eslam Shaaban is a Machine Learning Engineer and Ph.D. researcher in AI who teaches Advanced Programming (Python) and applied machine learning at Istanbul Medipol University, designing concept-first materials for undergraduate and graduate students. He builds production AI systems professionally at Blackstone EIT, including forecasting and scheduling tools for UAE government clients and an AI-driven job-matching and CV-parsing platform, giving his teaching a strong grounding in real-world deployment rather than theory alone. His research focuses on large language models, knowledge graphs, and retrieval-augmented generation, using tools to build agentic AI pipelines.
