Jim has spent most of his career looking at data in one form and trying to figure out how to put it into another form. His official responsibilities have changed over the last 20 years as he has moved through roles in desktop support, server support, patch management, Active Directory management, virtualization, collaboration engineering, SharePoint engineering and now Identity & Access Management. As different as those roles are, they all need data, and for the last 20 years he has used many of Microsoft's data technologies to solve complex problems in those spaces. When he isn't having fun with data, he's relaxing at home with his wife and two dogs in New Jersey.
