Marcos it's a Software Developer passionate about Engineering and Product Management that works in the travel industry, he is an active member of the agile & software craftsmanship community in Mallorca, the island where he lives. Marcos is also part of a research group of Project Management at the University Of Balearic Islands (UIB) and contributes yearly with different research papers. Marcos started his career as a software engineer, he also tried fortune with a startup that did not work, and also lived abroad in England. Over the years he started to be more and more interested in agile and modern product management, with a high focus on being able to deliver value early to customers, that’s why he thinks product management is key for success.
