Sreedevi Gattu

Sreedevi is an independent Software Development Consultant and Analyst working with start-ups that are developing products in the learning and wellness domains. She is also associated with () a software services platform company. In recent years, she has been building practical knowledge and experience in the areas of data analytics, machine learning (NLP specifically) and data visualization by working on various live projects. She has a special corner in her heart for programming in python that has stood her good stead in the journey in the analytics field! Previously, she gathered a rich experience through her 18-year stint with the telecom company Nokia Siemens Networks. Here she worked in various technical roles and built on her areas of expertise, i.e. software architecture, software development practices and programming languages like C++ and Java. She has a keen interest in topics related to teaching and learning and has been actively involved in teaching various subjects since 2014. She is constantly looking for innovative and (more importantly) interesting ways of imparting knowledge. Along with being a creative crafter, she is also a practitioner and an advocate of sustainable living practices and an avid movie watcher.
