Tim Schmidt

Tim Schmidt is a senior UX designer at PayPal, where he makes some cool stuff that meets the needs of the user, is easy to use, and meets the goals of the business. There are two things he likes to keep in mind with every project he touches. First is making sure the user walks away from an experience feeling good about what they've done and that they've completed the task they set out to do. Second is the user’s best interest. In past lives Tim was a founding member of the small advertising team known as Percent 20, an editor/animator for a local news station, a designer/front-end developer for a small marketing company, and the guy who cleaned bathrooms at the grocery store. His favorite font is Univers. His favorite superhero is Batman. His favorite hockey team is the LA Kings. He takes his work a lot more seriously than he takes himself.
