Tomer Porat

Tomer is an AI Architect working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, big data, and AI/ML - architecting and shipping production-grade systems for enterprise customers. With over 20 years in software and data engineering, his recent roles include building AI-driven threat-detection systems at CrowdStrike and leading LLM application development as a Staff GenAI Engineer at Searchium.ai. He has also designed and deployed autonomous AI agent systems for GTM and growth orchestration, built end-to-end and run by himself. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science with an AI specialization and is currently a PhD researcher at Bar-Ilan University, with research published in IEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging. Tomer's courses focus on what actually matters once technology leaves the demo and meets real users and real traffic - whether that's an AI pipeline, a data platform, or a cloud architecture. His goal is to teach the production-ready, real-world skills that separate a proof of concept from something a business can depend on.
