Course Overview Hey everyone, my name is Jason Cox, and welcome to my course on Adobe Premiere Rush CC. I'm an Adobe certified instructor and owner of Some Might Say Media, LLC. If you're a video producer who needs a super quick turnaround for social media videos, or perhaps you're a shreditor who needs to get a project started on your phone or tablet before polishing it in Premiere Pro, Adobe finally has a great workflow in the form of Adobe Premiere Rush CC. An all new app built from scratch, Rush allows users to shoot and edit on the go on their phones and tablets and seamlessly sync their projects across multiple platforms so you can pick up editing wherever you left off on your desktop OS of choice. Start a project on your phone, tweak it on your tablet, and polish it on macOS or Windows. Or go totally vice versa. You edit when and where you want. In this course, we're going to get up and running with this awesome new tool. Some of the major topics that we'll cover include understanding the Rush workflow and setting up a project; taking a deep look at the interface across multiple platforms; enhancing our video with color, transitions, and titles; and exporting to social media. By the end of the course, you'll be able to produce an entire polished video in Premiere Rush. At the beginning of the course, you should ideally be familiar with the basics of video editing, although it's not required. Special thanks to Nick Brown for sharing his great footage on the Northwest Berry Foundation, a non-profit that helps connect farms to gleaning groups with the objective of minimizing crop waste. I hope you'll join me as we journey into the all new Premiere Rush CC, here at Pluralsight.
