This course will teach you how to build Android applications using Jetpack Compose.
What you'll learn
To build applications on Android, you are going to use Jetpack Compose. In this course, Android UI with Jetpack Compose, you’ll learn how to build Android user interfaces. First, you’ll explore layouts and see how to layout your screen with row and column layouts. Next, you’ll discover how to manage state in your application to ensure that screens are correctly displayed, and how to navigate between screens. Finally, you’ll learn how to use effects to ensure that long-running tasks only exist within the lifetime of a screen. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Jetpack Compose needed to build complex user interfaces for Android.
