Manual configuration of infrastructure can lead to mistakes being made, particularly at scale and if changes are made often. In this course, AWS Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation, you’ll gain the ability to use AWS CloudFormation to deploy, update, and delete infrastructure at scale and with far fewer mistakes compared to manual infrastructure deployments. First, you’ll explore CloudFormation Stacks and the templates used to deploy them. Next, you’ll discover how to use CloudFormation to manage the lifecycle of resources. Finally, you’ll learn how to integrate automation into your stack so that any drift away from a desired state can be quickly and automatically fixed.
