When a security incident occurs, you may find yourself either wishing you had more information on hand or, just as bad, weighed down with information and not knowing where to find it. In this course, AWS Certified Security - Specialty (SCS-C03): Incident Response, you’ll gain the ability to use AWS services to prepare for an incident, so you can gather relevant information and know how to use it. First, you’ll explore the AWS services needed to create an incident response plan. Next, you’ll discover how to work with AWS services to implement alerting and notifications to prepare and automatically respond to an incident. Finally, you’ll learn how to perform root cause analysis and how to recover from an incident. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of incident response needed to be a productive member of an incident response team and the knowledge needed to attempt the incident response questions on the AWS Certified Security - Specialty (SCS-C03) exam.
