(digitized music) Hi everyone, my name is Josh Kittle and I'd like to welcome you to my course, Call Control with CUCME for Cisco CICD 210-060. I spend my days as a Collaboration Engineer deploying and supporting various Cisco Collaboration technologies, and I feel lucky to have the opportunity to share some of my excitement around Cisco Collaboration Technology here with you, throughout these courses. This is the second course in our five-part series helping to prepare you for your Cisco CICD exam. And I hope that you'll find our content helpful on your journey towards attaining your CCNA Collaboration Certification. So why should you learn about Cisco CUCME? Well, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express is a key component in the overall Cisco Collaboration suite of products. You'll find CUCME supporting businesses from just a few, up to several hundred endpoints, and much of what we're going to cover in this course is also going to be beneficial to help you support systems that are much larger than that, as you build on your foundation knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Technologies. In this course, we're going to cover the fundamentals of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, including basic call flow concepts, dial plan design, telephony features, and so much more. I also hope to share some of my tips and tricks for both becoming a more skilled Collaboration Engineer, as well as aid you in preparation for successful completion of the Cisco CICD exam.
