In this course, you will learn basic troubleshooting techniques in preparation for the Cisco CICD 210-060 certification exam.

What you'll learn

The Cisco CICD 210-060 certification exam is one of two exams in the CCNA Collaboration certification track. In this course, Troubleshooting for Cisco CICD 210-060, the final course in the 5 part series on CICD 210-060, you will learn the basic troubleshooting techniques required for passing the certification exam. First, you will learn the fundamentals of Unified Communications Manager. Then, you will move into dial plan issues with Unified Communications Manager Express, and learn about voicemail troubleshooting and monitoring with Cisco Unity Connection. Finally, you will also explore issues you may run into with voice gateways, as well as core QoS issues you need to be prepared for, and review common issues with Cisco IM and Presence. By the end of this course, you will be prepared to effectively troubleshoot a basic Cisco collaboration environment.
