What you'll learn

When you use Claude Code on your own, you control every file, permission, and piece of context yourself, but that changes the moment a team relies on the same setup. In this course, Claude Code at Scale, you'll learn to share and govern Claude Code context across a team. First, you'll explore how to store and commit context like CLAUDE.md, skills, subagents, and MCP configurations so the whole team works from one source of truth. Next, you'll discover how project memory works in a monorepo and how to detect when shared context drifts from team standards. Finally, you'll learn how admins enforce managed settings, approve tools, and track cost and usage across teams. When you're finished with this course, you'll have the skills and knowledge of using Claude Code at scale needed to collaborate across a team.
