Well, in this course, I'll introduce you to the Python programming language, a widely used and fun programming language, and perhaps the only programming language named after a world‑famous comedy troupe. Some of the major topics we will cover include why Python is a great programming language, from being simple to learn and use to it being widely used and in high demand, what Python is, from elements of its syntax to its different characteristics as a programming language, and finally, some pros and cons of Python. By the end of this course, you'll be more familiar with the Python programming language. You'll be able to articulate what makes Python powerful and unique, as well as understand some of its drawbacks and when you may not want to use it.
