In this module, we'll talk about specific tactics to manage and lead your teams to excellence. We'll talk about creating a strong culture in your team, how to build a cohesive team, how to deal with conflict, how to manage outside influences, we'll talk about how to manage change and how to build a culture of trust, we'll talk about how to work with organizational constraints and boundaries, and we'll talk about tactics to help you harness the power of authority, power, and influence. There are a lot of tactics that I'll present to you, but don't get overwhelmed. Pick areas that you want to improve on, and start working on the tactics within those areas. You can work on other areas and tactics later. Let's get started.
