Introduction and Project Overview
Hi everyone, my name is Craig Whitaker, I'm a Visual Effects Supervisor and founding partner at Storia. You can see our current work at storiacreative. com. Some of my past work as a compositor has been for After Earth, I Am Number Four, Safe, and Let Me In. In this course, we are going to take a look at ftrack, a new cloud-based collaborative workspace. Some of the key takeaways from watching this course include learning how to manage your workflow internally among your team, setting up projects and using ftrack's powerful time-tracking tools, using ftrack's versioning and annotation tools, and collaboration with clients for delivery and review. By the end of the training, you will have a clear understanding of how ftrack can improve your pipeline. I'm excited to share these tips and techniques with you, so let's get started with the first lesson.
