In this course, Cyber Threat Intel: Actor Analysis, you’ll learn to profile, attribute, and track adversaries to strengthen your security decisions. First, you’ll explore how to identify key elements of threat actor profiles, including motivations, capabilities, and targeting. Next, you’ll discover how to use indicators, TTPs, and intelligence databases to build attribution hypotheses while recognizing the limits of attribution. Finally, you’ll learn how to apply behavioral frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and the Diamond Model to compare actors and update profiles over time. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of threat actor analysis needed to produce actionable intelligence that supports detection, response, and strategic security planning.
