Next, you’ll discover how to craft compelling point-of-view (POV) statements that articulate the user's needs and context. Finally, you’ll learn how to translate those POVs into effective “How Might We” questions that open the door to meaningful ideation. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of the Define phase of Design Thinking needed to confidently frame the right problems and set your team up for innovation success.
