Description

Throughout this Tinkercad tutorial, we'll go through the process of using Tinkercad as a simple CAD tool to model a rocket for 3D printing. We'll design and develop models with an eye towards manufacture through 3D Printing or CNC machining. We'll learn to use basic shapes to create more complex ones and turning them into a design suitable for production. We'll also build on other designs to enhance, modify, and adapt them for our purposes. By the end of this Tinkercad training, we'll have modeled a complete rocket that will be ready for print. Software required: Tinkercad, NetFabb.

Introduction and Project Overview
[Autogenerated] Hi, everyone. My name is Salmon Asia. I am a software developer, running a small I T consultancy that caters mostly to the federal government. My original training is as a mechanical engineer. I've been working on three D printing and CNC machine ing for several years now. Amongst my project. There's a combination printer, CNC machine, that laser graver and this course we're going to become acquainted with Tinker CAD, a free cloud based computer aided design and ____ application. Some of the key takeaways from watching this course, including learning how to manipulate simple shapes to create compound and complex shapes designed specifically for three dimensional printing and CNC machine to prototype, a complex thing made up of several parts as part of design stage the design using a real cat system, certainly without spending a fortune and then finally, to export your designs and prepare them for loading into a CNC machine. By the end of the training, you have learned how to design, build and assemble a three D printed model rockets using cat techniques in Tinker Cat. Very excited to work with digital tutors and share these techniques with you. So let's get started with the first lesson
