Emotions play a consistent and important role in every step of your career journey. The way you perceive, interpret, use and manage those emotions, and how you connect with your feelings, define your emotional intelligence. In this course, taught by neuropsychologist and author Nicole Tetreault, PhD, you’ll start building up your emotional awareness, regulating your daily emotions, and creating deeper connections with the people around you. First, you’ll explore the basics of emotional intelligence, including unpacking and regulating emotions. Next, you’ll discover the impact of anxiety on the brain and techniques to manage anxious feelings. Finally, you’ll learn how to utilize emotional intelligence in your relationships both virtually and in person. After this course, you’ll utilize your own emotional canvas and be better equipped to manage your emotions going forward.
