Course Overview
Hi everyone. My name is Maria Wilvenna Anora, and welcome to my course, Exploring Professional Services. I currently work in strategy and innovation functions in the MRO industry while managing the social ventures I've co‑founded that are working on sustainable solutions. The professional services industry is a fast and continually growing industry with more companies seeing the value that they provide to its operations. In this course, we are going to teach you important concepts to help you better collaborate with professional services firms, thereby maximizing their added value to your organization. Some of the major topics that we will cover include professional services terminologies and resources, professional services roles and responsibilities, the professional services process, and creating an experience brief. By the end of the course, you should be able to collaborate and work with professional services firms on a project more efficiently and effectively. Before beginning the course, you should be familiar with the term professional services and what they can offer in your functional area or industry. I hope you'll join me on this journey to learn about professional services with the Exploring Professional Services course, at Pluralsight.
