Managing endpoints in Google Workspace requires more than simply applying settings. Administrators need to choose the right level of control, apply policies at the correct scope, understand how ownership and management state affect available actions, verify that policies actually took effect, and remove access safely when an endpoint should no longer be trusted. In this course, Associate Google Workspace Administrator: Managing Browsers and Endpoints, you'll gain the ability to manage mobile devices and Chrome browsers through that lifecycle. First, you'll learn how to compare basic, advanced, and third-party mobile management, including the capabilities and boundaries that affect the choice, and distinguish registration, management state, BYOD, and company-owned devices. Next, you'll discover how to apply and verify basic mobile security, interpret registered-device evidence, select appropriate administrative actions, and offboard mobile access. Finally, you'll learn how to enroll and govern Chrome browsers, apply and verify browser policies, and manage apps and extensions with allow, block, and force-install controls scoped by organizational unit or group. When you're finished with the course, you'll have the skills and knowledge of Google Workspace endpoint administration needed to select appropriate management approaches, apply controls, interpret endpoint evidence, and verify the resulting managed state.
