Paul is a highly decorated IT Professional with over 19 years of experience in the areas of IT Training, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Management, and IT Security. His common sense approach to teaching technology enables Paul to break down complicated content and effectively deliver it to people of all skill levels. Over the past 19 years Paul has authored a number of books and CBT training courses on a wide range of topics. He has also delivered special training sessions and seminars for organizations such as itSMF USA, TransUnion, and Cisco Systems just to name a few. In 2007 Paul served as President and member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago chapter of itSMF USA. In that same year, he was a guest speaker at the itSMF USA National Convention and was nominated for the prestigious itSMF USA knowledge award. In 2014 he again served on the board of the Heartland chapter of itSMF USA.
