Hi everyone, my name is Matt Perez and welcome to my course Introduction to Inventor.

I am an Application Expert at SolidBox providing CAD consulting and training across the Country. Inventor is a Mechanical CAD program that packs some amazing functionality!

In this course, we are going to learn the basics of designing parts and assemblies in Inventor. Some of the major topics that we will cover include Project Creation, Part and Assembly Creation, and Structural Analysis.

By the end of this course you will have a solid foundation with Inventor and be on your way to designing your own products!

Before beginning the course it would help to be familiar with CAD in general as well as having an understanding of design, but it’s laid out so the topics are arranged from easy to more difficult so anyone can follow along.
