In this module, I will guide you through the process of setting up your first project with versions and components, and we will delve into the JIRA structure and hopefully give you some insights into how it works. After completing this module, you'll be able to create custom screens and fields for your projects. At the end we dig into understanding workflows so that you can really tailor JIRA to fit your needs.
Reporting JIRA Fundamentals. Reporting. In this module, we will start by having a look at how we can search in JIRA using the basic search functions. I'll show you some neat features using Smart Querying as well. To be really productive in JIRA, getting familiar with JQL is a must, so I'll teach you how to make good use of it. Our queries will be used as a basis for filters that again can be used for creating reports. JIRA has many ways of producing reports, and we will look into the most basic ones. After completing this module, you'll be able to search efficiently and set up your own reports and dashboards showing the data you need in order to be productive.
Administrating and Extending JIRA Fundamentals. Administrating and Extending. In this module, we will go through how you can manage users and groups to set up security for your needs. We will look at Advanced Configuration and Server Administration, and at the end, we will discuss ways of extending JIRA.
