Next, you'll learn how to use the three step troubleshooting methodology. Finally, you'll learn how to troubleshoot VLANs, Trunking, and Spanning Tree to round out the course. By the end of this course, you'll have the confidence to approach ANY Layer 2 networking problem no matter how complex, being able to determine where to start, how to narrow down the problem, and even how to figure out what specific technology is causing it.
