(Music) Hi everyone. My name is Jared Rhodes, and welcome to my course, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services: Speech to Text SDK. I'm a Microsoft Azure MVP and own and operate a training and consulting firm, QiMata Technologies, in Atlanta, Georgia. Cognitive Services allows developers to quickly and easily create smarter applications. The Speech to Text service allows those same developers to solve a gamut of use cases they otherwise couldn't. In this course, we're going to cover the basic and advanced utilization of Cognitive Services: Speech to Text. Some of the major topics that we will cover include what are Cognitive Services and how do I use them, basic utilization of the Speech to Text SDK, customization of acoustic and language models, and other features available from the Speech to Text service.
