Hi everyone. My name is John Savill, and welcome to my course, Design a Monitoring Strategy for Infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. I'm a principal cloud solution architect, helping many large organizations in their cloud journey. When using the cloud, the normal monitoring methodologies and tools may not apply as the vendor has responsibility for various layers, and different approaches are required. In this course, we're going to look at the key Azure monitoring services available, including services for base service health, looking at custom applications, and how to gain a deeper insight into deployed services.
