Virtual machine workloads are common in the Azure public cloud, and even though they are in the cloud, they still need to be managed. In this course, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect: Implement a Workload Management Strategy, you’ll learn to manage workloads in Microsoft Azure. First, you’ll explore the options for migrating server workloads to the Azure platform, and understand how to discover, assess, and complete a migration. Next, you’ll discover the architectural components for Azure Backup for VMs, and for implementing disaster recovery using Azure Site Recovery. Finally, you’ll learn how to implement Azure Update Management to ensure your virtual machines are patched, updated, and compliant with the policies you define. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of managing Azure workloads needed for Exam AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies.
