Email remains one of the most important services for almost any organization to communicate both internally and with the rest of the external world. In this course, Microsoft 365 Messaging: Managing Mail Architecture, you’ll learn to plan and manage the mail architecture of an Exchange Online Organization. Hi everyone. My name is Aaron Sampson, and welcome to the Microsoft 365 Messaging: Managing Mail Architecture course. Email remains one of the most important services for most any organization to communicate both internally and with the rest of the external world. This course will teach you the skills necessary to plan, implement, and manage the messaging architecture of an Exchange Online organization. Some of the topics we'll examine include how to manage mail flow in both cloud‑based and hybrid configurations, plan and configure the transport architecture through connectors and filters, and to monitor and troubleshoot mail flow through a variety of reports and tools. After completing this course, you'll have the skills and knowledge required to plan and manage the mail architecture of a Microsoft 365 messaging environment and to help prepare you for the MS‑203 exam. Before taking this course, I recommend that you have a working knowledge of IT operations, including networking, cloud computing, identity management, authentication, security, and business continuity, in addition, familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and a basic understanding of messaging platforms.
