Hi. My name is Mark Ingram. Welcome to my course, Microsoft 365 Security: Identity and Access Implementation and Management. I am a freelance trainer and consultant at Crystal Clear IT solutions. With even large entities suffering high‑profile breaches, you know identity and access management is more important than ever. This course will show you concrete action steps you can take, starting today, to secure your on‑premises and cloud‑based identity and access management infrastructure, such as the zero trust framework and why you should never trust, always verify, the cloud and hybrid identity models and how to set up Azure AD Connect, the ins and outs of Conditional Access policies, granting correct permissions to external and guest users, and securing administrator accounts with Privileged Identity Management. By the end of this course, you'll know how to better protect your organization's Active Directory and Azure Active Directory accounts. Before beginning the course, you should have some experience administering Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory.
