Operational Resilience for Supply Chain Security
Supply chain disruptions are inevitable—but your operations don’t have to grind to a halt. This course shows you how to build a resilient supply chain that can adapt, recover, and thrive.
What you'll learn
Modern organizations depend on complex global supply chains made up of vendors, cloud providers, contractors, and logistics partners. This system is called a supply chain, and a supply chain is susceptible to adverse events at any point within the entire process. A single cyber incident, service outage, or supplier disruption can have a ripple effect across operations, impacting critical services and customers. In this course, Operational Resilience for Supply Chain Security, you’ll learn how to strengthen the resilience of your organization against supply chain disruptions. First, you’ll discover how to identify and map critical business services, along with the third-party dependencies that support them. Next, you’ll explore resilience frameworks like ISO 22301 and NIST 800-161, learning how to align resilience planning with supply chain security practices. Finally, you’ll see how to integrate resilience into your ongoing operations by connecting business continuity, incident response, and third-party oversight into a unified strategy. By the end of this course, you’ll have the skills to build and maintain a supply chain security program that is not only compliant but also resilient, capable of withstanding disruptions, adapting to change, and recovering quickly to keep the business running.
