Designed for experienced IT professionals, you will be trained on planning and building of the two Workspace Environment Management (WEM) deployment options: WEM on-premises, where all components are fully built into the customer data center, and WEM service, which is hosted and managed by Citrix Cloud. You will discover WEM architecture, components, and communications flows so that you can incorporate a WEM deployment into a new or existing IT environment. You will also discover WEM requirements for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows systems as well as requirements for WEM integration into Citrix application and desktop delivery systems.

Prashant Kamble is an engineering graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication. With a diverse skill set, he has worked on various technologies such as Veritas Enterprise Vault, MS Exchange Server, and Blackberry Enterprise Server, gaining extensive experience in the field of IT. Prashant joined Citrix in 2015 as a Lead Technical Support Engineer later advanced to the role of Tech Lead, where he oversaw the Frontline Priority Support Team supporting virtualization products. In 2023, he transitioned to the Citrix Education Team. Currently, Prashant is involved in a significant project aimed at rebuilding the foundational training material for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, benefiting both customers and Citrix Technical Support teams.
