This session will present a winning workflow for Analysts, Developers and Engineers to harness the power of persuasion with data. Attendees will hear how to present the results of their development projects or analysis and drive their audience to act on those results.

The Persuasion Equation draws upon my personal experience battling imposter syndrome and uneasy audiences, and how I devised and improved a framework to make my voice heard within an organisation. There's a big difference between insights and action, and this session will cover the pathway to success in this area.
