They wanted to utilize a blended learning approach which would allow technologists with little to no programming experience to ‘new-skill’ in this language with the ability to work with a live instructor and practice along the way. Liberty partnered with a Pluralsight Author to design and deliver a blended learning program incorporating live instruction, book references, an in-browser coding environment, and Pluralsight self-paced content. The feedback from participants has been phenomenal. Liberty is offering a second cohort of the same Workshop and is planning a progression of the program in the same format for more experienced Python developers.
